How long does delivery take across Sri Lanka?
Standard delivery within Colombo typically takes 2-3 business days. For the rest of Sri Lanka, please allow up to 5-7 business days via our secure courier service.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase for unworn pieces in their original condition and packaging. Custom and bespoke items are non-refundable.
Are your pieces certified and hallmarked?
Yes, all our fine jewelry is professionally hallmarked by the National Gem and Jewellery Authority of Sri Lanka, guaranteeing the purity of the metal and authenticity of the stones.
Can I visit the showroom without an appointment?
You are welcome to drop by during our regular opening hours. However, we highly recommend booking an appointment for bespoke consultations to ensure dedicated time with our designers.
