From the day you receive it, you have 14 days to request a return or exchange on any ready-made piece — as long as it's unworn and in its original packaging with certificates included.
Ready-made rings, bracelets, earrings and necklaces bought as-is.
Unworn pieces in original box with certificate and receipt.
Requested within 14 days of delivery or in-store pickup.
Custom-designed or made-to-order pieces (see our Custom Design terms).
Engraved items, or rings resized after delivery.
Pieces returned without their original certificate or packaging.
Send your order number on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery.
We'll confirm eligibility and arrange pick up or a drop-off point
We check the piece against the original condition within 2 working days.
Refund is issued, or your exchange is dispatched.

Yes — free size exchanges are available within 14 days, subject to stock. We recommend booking a fitting first to avoid the wait.
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with a clear photo. We will arrange a free return and replacement as quickly as possible.
Returns are free within Colombo and suburbs if you use our designated courier. For the rest of Sri Lanka, a standard return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Unfortunately, because custom designs and engraved pieces are made specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
