From First Sketch to Final Fitting

Four steps, every one of them done with you — not just for you.

Consultation

Tell us your story on a call or over WhatsApp — occasion, budget, and any reference photos or heirloom stones you'd like to reuse.

Day 1

Design & Sketch

Our designer sends a hand-drawn concept and quote. We refine it together with unlimited revisions until it's exactly right.

Days 2–5

Crafting

Once approved, our goldsmiths hand-cast, set, and hallmark the piece in our Colombo workshop.

Days 6–20

Delivery & Fitting

Collect in-store for a final fitting, or receive it island-wide with free insured delivery and your certificate.

Custom Order FAQs

Most pieces are ready in 3–4 weeks from approved sketch to delivery. Simpler designs can be faster; intricate settings or heirloom stone resets may take a little longer — we'll always give you a firm date upfront.

Yes, we can carefully remove and assess your heirloom stones, or melt down existing gold to be repurposed into your new custom design, subject to a professional evaluation by our goldsmiths.

We offer unlimited design revisions during the sketching phase. We won't proceed to casting until you are absolutely thrilled with the final concept.

Once the final design and quote are approved, a 50% deposit is required to begin the crafting process. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before final delivery.

Every custom creation comes with our standard lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, along with an independent certificate for the stones used.
