General Agreement

By accessing the WeddingRing.lk website, visiting our Colombo boutique, or commissioning a bespoke piece of jewellery, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Custom Commissions

Creating your perfect custom ring is a collaborative process. We follow a strict timeline to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship for every bespoke order.

Shield Alert

All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before production begins.

1. Concept Phase
— We discuss your ideas, reference images, and budget to create a preliminary design.
2. CAD Approval
— You will receive 3D CAD renderings of your design. Manufacturing will not commence until you provide written approval of these designs.
3. Production
— Standard custom production takes 14-21 business days from CAD approval. Expedited services may be available upon request.

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on WeddingRing.lk are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated. Due to the fluctuating nature of global gold and gemstone markets, prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Methods
— We accept major Credit/Debit cards, direct bank transfers, and cash payments at our physical store.
Final Balance
— For custom pieces, the remaining 50% balance must be settled in full prior to collection or dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

We provide secure, fully insured island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka. Every order requires a signature upon delivery to ensure it reaches you safely.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from WeddingRing.lk pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen natural events.

Returns & Resizing

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but due to the personalized nature of our business, our return policy is strict.

  • Custom Orders: Bespoke commissions and engraved items are strictly final sale and non-refundable.
  • Standard Collection: Non-customized pieces can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by the original certificate and packaging.
  • Free Resizing: We offer one complimentary ring resize within 30 days of purchase (up to 2 sizes up or down). Eternity bands are exempt from resizing due to their design constraints.

Warranty & Care

WeddingRing.lk stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all our rings.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental trauma, loss of gemstones, or theft. Please note that having your ring worked on by an outside jeweller (including resizing, polishing, or repairs) will completely void your WeddingRing.lk warranty.
